MDA’s 2019 Clinical & Scientific Conference is being held April 13-17, 2019, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, FL located at 9800 International Drive. MDA has negotiated a discounted room rate at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Single/Double Occupancy:		$199/night
Triple Occupancy:		$224/night
Quadruple Occupancy:		$249/night

 

 

In order to reserve your hotel room for the 2019 MDA Clinical & Scientific Conference you must first complete your online conference registration. Register Now!

Rooms must be reserved by March 21, 2019 to receive the conference rate. Rooms can be reserved after that date, but it will be at the standard hotel rate.

Cancellations or Modifications

Cancellations or modifications should be made through the link you received in your reservation confirmation email sent by the Hyatt Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge of one night’s room and tax.

With a convenient location on International Drive, Hyatt Regency Orlando is located just 12 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO), offers self-parking, valet parking, and is located at stop number 21 for the I-Ride Trolley which will take you around International Drive to explore shopping, dining, entertainment and more!
