Golf Events from Coast to Coast Bring Lifesaving Funds for Families Living with Muscular Dystrophy, ALS, and Related Neuromuscular Diseases
New York, NY – March 28, 2024 – Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) announced registration is open for fundraising events at championship golf courses from coast to coast from May through September 2024. These events raise funds for the organization's mission to accelerate research, advance care, and advocate to empower families living with muscular dystrophy, ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, aka Lou Gehrig's disease), and related neuromuscular diseases to live longer more independent lives.
Muscular Dystrophy Association families and supporters come together to accelerate research and care on golf courses from coast to coast.
2024 MDA Golf Events Open for Registration:
- May 2, 2024 – MDA Golf Classic – Chandler, Arizona
- May 16, 2024 – Mike Bellotti’s Toast to Strength Gala and Golf Tournament – Eugene, Oregon
- July 16, 2024 – 20th Annual Edgar Martinez Golf Classic Presented by QFC & Liberty Mutual – Seattle, Washington
- September 20, 2024 – Sam Osborn Memorial Golf Tournament – Omaha, Nebraska
- September 24, 2024 – Boston Muscle Team Golf Outing – Plymouth, Massachusetts
