This webinar will discuss the common challenges and emotional impacts faced by siblings of children with neuromuscular diseases, providing valuable insights into their unique experiences.

Participants will gain guidance on how siblings can positively contribute to the family dynamic, take an active and supportive role in their sibling’s care, and enhance their sense of purpose and belonging within the family unit.

The session will also offer practical tools and resources to help siblings navigate their distinct role, along with information on counseling services, educational materials, and advocacy opportunities tailored to their specific needs.

The featured presenter of this webinar is Emily Holl, MFA, MSW. She is the Director of the Sibling Support Project.
