This MDA webinar will help neuromuscular patients identify what type of home-based care they need and how often they need support. We will also discuss the process of finding, hiring, training, and managing home-based care employees and empower patients and caregivers to actively participate in their care planning and decision-making.
The featured presenter of this webinar is Lakelyn Eichenberger, PhD. She is a Gerontologist and Caregiving Advocate with Home Instead, an Honor Company.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during the live Q&A.
