This MDA webinar will discuss planning and preparing for end-of-life care. This webinar will provide attendees with an understanding of the difference between palliative and hospice care and how/when to obtain these supports, outline important decisions and considerations related to planning for the end-of-life, and provide resources and information to help families navigate these decisions.
The featured presenter of this webinar is Dr. Ambereen K. Mehta, MD, MPH, FAAHPM, Associate Professor, Palliative Care at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
