This webinar is the second of our three-part series on gene therapy across neuromuscular diseases.

Attendees will learn from experts about the complex insurance process related to gene therapy including how to understand insurance benefits, treatment criteria, and how to file an appeal. Presenters will also share timely information about public policies related to insurance coverage and gene therapy.

The featured speakers for this first presentation will be Michael Storey, PharmD, MS from Nationwide Children's Hospital and Paul Melmeyer, Vice President of Public Policy & Advocacy at Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Next, attendees will learn about other gene therapies in the pipeline across different neuromuscular diseases and how advancements in one disease are leading to progress in others. This presentation will share information that is relevant to the entire neuromuscular community.

The featured speaker for this presentation will be Barry J. Byrne, MD, PhD, Director of Powell Gene Therapy Center at the University of Florida.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during the live Q&A.
