This MDA Virtual Learning Series aims to provide relevant, up-to-date information on cardiac care for Becker Muscular Dystrophy. Patients and their caregivers will receive information on ongoing research efforts aimed at understanding the cardiac aspects of BMD, as well as highlight any targeted therapies being developed. Recommended screening and monitoring protocols will also be discussed.

The featured presenter is Rabia Khan, MD. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Transplant Cardiologist at University of Iowa Health Care.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during the live Q&A after each presentation.

There is no cost to MDA community members or healthcare providers to attend the event, but registration is required.
