Publications

In addition to comprehensive services, MDA’s public health education program helps you stay abreast of research news, health care information and helpful daily living strategies through magazines, print and online publications, educational speakers, seminars, videos and newsletters.

MDA publishes two award-winning magazines — Quest (print and online) and the MDA/ALS Newsmagazine (online only) — that provide readers with breaking research news articles, research analysis, medical and day-to-day care, helpful products and devices, social and family issues, inspiring profiles and much more. See the Magazines page for more information.

MDA also offers several caregiving guides, brochures about MDA programs and services, and informational booklets for parents, children, teachers and other interested readers. You can access all of MDA’s online publications from this page, some of which are available in Spanish. You also can contact your local office to request printed copies.

And, be sure to visit MDA's disease information centers to receive up-to-date information on all of the diseases in MDA's program, as well as a collection of current news articles and other content on the MDA site relating to each disease.
