Who is eligible?

Anyone who is…

  • a person diagnosed with a form of muscular dystrophy, ALS, or related neuromuscular disease
  • an advocate
  • a caregiver
  • a family member
  • a supporter who resides in the United States or Puerto Rico

Parents or legal guardians must register for those under the age of 18.
