i seen a man in a power chair trying to cross the street on tuesday and this car was coming towards him and she almost hit the man and she blew her horn....she should of seen him quiet awhile before almost hitting him...its sad people are soooo busy that they would rather hit a man in a wheelchair istead of slowing down for a few minutes to let him pass
