Beck, I worked at a desk for years and I think it really took its toll on my upper body, and yes, my shoulders are pretty rounded. I have lots of trouble with my upper torso

Beck, could you say it will be six months before you can see the MDA Doc. Wouldn't it be a good idea to see someone before then. Once you damage your neck and shoulders too much, the damage is pretty irreversible.

No, they all moved out after he went in to the nursing home. My sister from AR lived with him the preceding two years and my brother lived with him until he got sick, but then they all went back to their own homes
