by the way the cool thing about the DVD sales of DGW is that $17 goes straight to research and the remaining $3 goes back in to make more dvd's. i plan on inviting all my friends, coworkers and family to purchase one in lieu of the telethon

i'm ok. right now i'm working on the weekends and I sit in an editor chair for about 10 hrs each day so that kind of wears me out. i try and get up and walk around once an hour

i went to meet some friends for dinner last night and the parking lot of the restaurant was on a huge slope. i had to use all the muscles in my feet and the arm of a friend to get down it. my foot cramped up and the bottom of my foot was pretty swollen today. but it's feeling better

um, i used to have cramping in my feet coupled with the calf cramping. but it rarely happens now since I don't really ever strain myself

that probably would have been easier. one other thing i don't enjoy these days is when you have to walk perpindicular to the slope. so one leg is higher up on the slope while the other is further down the slope. hard to walk normal that way. sometimes i end up sidestepping with my can
